How Do I...?

How do I set up an ad?

Listing is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
  1. Create an account (or log in if you already have one).
  2. Click the "Add a New Unit" link to add your rental unit to your account. You will then be able to enter information about your property. This does not post your ad, it merely adds your unit information to our system. There is no charge for this.
  3. Click the 'Advertise Unit' link to purchase your ad. Most ads cost $25 plus GST. Payment can be done securely online by Credit Card (we accept Visa & MasterCard)

If you would prefer to talk to someone in person to list, you can call 780-492-2633 between 9am and 5pm, MST.

Edit my ad

> Log in to your Renting Spaces account

> Select the "Edit Unit" link on the right hand side of the ad information

> Save any changes you may have made

Cancel my ad

> Log in to your Renting Spaces account

> Select the "Cancel Ad" link in your active ad.

This will immediately remove your ad from being seen by the public. You can re-post your ad at any time until the one month period you have paid for has expired.

Reactivate my old ad

> Log in to your Renting Spaces account

> Select "Renew Ad" (if your listing is currently running) or "Activate Ad" (if your listing is new or expired)

> Make a payment, and your ad will be running once again.

Find past receipts

> Log in to your Renting Spaces account

> Select the "PURCHASE HISTORY" tab at the very top of the page under the Renting Spaces banner

> Find the date and property you are looking for and either "view receipt" to print it off, or "re-send receipt" to email to yourself or anything you wish again
